Kazu Mori: A Flavorful Korean Katsu Experience Awaits You

Love love coming to Kazu Mori for dinner. Their prices may seem a bit steep (average ~$17.5 for a plate) but their portions are HUGE. I always the chicken curry and its always more than enough to feed 2 people. The chicken curry plate comes with a generous portion of chicken katsu, rice, salad, soup, curry, and katsu sauce. I kinda wished they would give a little more rice but delicious flavors overall nonetheless. Some tips: - they do NOT provide free water, but they sell bottles water for $2 - right now you can get 20% on chicken curry or cheese katsu when you check in on yelp - order ahead using yelp order online feature

One of my top favorite katsu places in so cal. Everything seems fresh and the portions are huge. It's located inside HMart. Plenty of parking. The staffs are nice and friendly. Usually there is a wait but you can order ahead with phone order to save some time. Will definitely be back. And there are other food spots around which makes it even better. There are some tables you can eat inside. The katsu is moist and crunchy and wasn't dry. The sauce is also flavorful. Comes with sides and even soup. A local hidden gem for sure.

This place is really great for a food court spot. The chicken katsu is well cooked, tender, and delicious. The best thing about this place though is the portions. The prices are amazing for the portions. Two people could easily share a plate from here.

Located inside H Mart grocery store, Kazu Nori is truly a hidden gem. They serve various types of katsu and curry katsu in generous portions at a very affordable price. Mozzarella cheese wrapped in a thin layer of pork katsu, what more could you want This dish is made for a true cheese lover as it's probably 80% mozzarella cheese, so be prepared for a cheese overload if you're planning to try this dish! Curry Pork: I was really excited to try the Curry Pork. Curry katsu is one of my favorite comfort foods and this place definitely fulfilled my cravings! I love how they package the curry on the side so that the pork stays nice and crispy! The curry is super flavorful and the pork is juicy and crispy. The perfect combination. When I received my food I had no idea how big the portions would be, especially for the curry pork. The curry pork was packed full of delicious pork katsu. Each meal comes with cabbage salad, miso soup, and rice. Talk about making your money's worth LOCATION: This location of place is so perfect because you could go to H-Mart, place your order at Kazu Nori, do a bit of grocery shopping/ just explore the market, and come back to pick up your food once it's done! I’ve had the chicken katsu curry here many times and I’ve never been disappointed. It has become a go-to. Portions are huge, service is quick, and the restaurant is conveniently located inside the h-mart.

Easy parking in the H-Mart plaza Food- 5 stars Ordered the pork curry katsu. Food was pretty good and standard. But they probably gave the largest portions I've seen at a curry katsu spot. Extra star for the large portions Service- n/a Fast casual restaurant where you order up front and pick up your order when the loudspeaker announces your order number. The public tables can be a bit grimy because there isn't someone who cleans hourly (appears only during closing time) Bottom Line Solid curry spot with super large portions. Come in hungry or prepare for leftovers! Would recommend trying multiple spots in the food court and making it family style, so you can try a little bit of everything

Prices may seem a bit expensive, but honestly, the portions are pretty big, so I do feel like you get what you pay for! It was really crispy, and tasted good! Just keep in mind, if you're eating at the food court, it'll be hard to find a seat. From order to pick-up, it was about 8 minutes. So not bad!

A cafeteria-style restaurant located right inside the market in food court. All the food is battered, so if you’re not a fan of batter, you won’t find much else here. However, I have to note that the dishes are good and the batter is high-quality, not overcooked or hard like it often is at places that use it. The staff was friendly. The big downside is the dirty tables, since no restaurant is responsible for the food court area and nobody cleans it.
